Liz Carter, congressional candidate for the Republican nomination in Georgia’s 4th district, “is the best of what America has to offer: a small business owner, wife and Mom. The Twisters became aware of what a fighter Liz would be for everyone’s rights when she took on Newsmakers Journal for not being allowed to participate their hosted forum…for being white. After getting the run around for weeks on the event’s particulars, Liz contacted Newsmakers Journal and was told it was a “black-candidate only forum.”
Liz didn’t back down, did what was right, and was finally “given” the opportunity to participate in the forum along with other candidates who are all hoping to take on Hank “Guam is gonna tip over” Johnson.
